Food Truck BBQ Buffet
Brisket, pork, 2 sides and corn bread served buffet style. Includes sauces, paper plates, napkins, plasticware and buffet attendant for 2 hours of service.
Minimum of 75 people. Please give a 5 day notice on an BBQ buffet
$20 per person plus tax
$200 Truck rental fee for all events.
This includes transportation, staffing, licensing and setup.
All of our regular menu items (fish taco, lobster rolls ,etc) are available for catering.

On Premise Cooking
We bring the food truck to your event with burgers, veggie burgers, hot dogs, fries, slaw,condiments, fixings, paper plates, napkins and plasticware. This is served backyard bbq style where your guests come to the truck for their burgers and help themselves to all the fixings. This is a 2 hour time frame and your guests can enjoy as much as they like. Minimum of 75 people.
$16 per person plus tax
